A comprehensive quality management policy is essential for delivering quality software. Developer applies Process as well as Deliverable quality control procedures to ensure that quality software is delivered as per the time schedule. A Quality Manager is deputed to monitor overall quality. The following procedures are followed:
Process Quality: The deliverable of each stage of the project is reviewed to ensure that the subsequent stage is receiving a quality input. The complete team follows process quality procedure while the Quality Manager conducts routine audits to ensure that the Process Quality procedure is being followed.
Deliverable Quality: In addition to the process quality, each deliverable to CLIENT is thoroughly tested and quality assured. This is done as part of the Final Inspection before delivery. Again the Final Inspection takes place in the supervision of the Quality Manager.
