Arms and legs fly and voices soar as boys and girls of various ages polish their performance in the chorus of "West Side Story". In the next studio "Guys and Dolls" heads for its dress rehearsal.
Alone, in a rehearsal room, an intense young woman perfects dialogue for her role in "Brighton Beach Memoirs".
There’s always activity in our many rehearsal halls since we present 13 full–scale productions each three week session, not to mention one acts, reviews and in-studio performances.
Our five theaters, which are fully equipped with modern sound systems, dimmer boards, patch lighting and fly galleries, enable us to meet this challenge with ease, and much satisfying, hard work. Each theater houses a video studio with equipment designed for both three quarter and half inch formats.
Musicals are accompanied by full pit orchestral and are recorded in our studio. In addition to performing parts, campers are involved in stagecraft, technical theater and theatre classes, which include characterization, costuming, makeup, mime, improvisation, puppetry, direction, script writing, modeling and video production.
