Dance Camp at Frenchwoods

A young ballerina leaps through the air to be caught by a strong young man in a rehearsal for the performance of the ballet, "An American In Paris". "Pictures at an Exhibition" is used as the musical setting for an original ballet.

A room is full of fifty young people performing unison movements of the latest hip hop steps. As various people step out for solos, they are cheered by the whole group.

In another room a group of tap dancers work on perfecting their timesteps for the upcoming dance concert, while next door the intermediate modern dance class works with a jazz composition.

Our five dance studios accommodate all levels of talent and interest. They are equipped with mirrors, barre space for forty, pianos, tape and phonograph equipment.
