| How much money do I need to invest? |
Our investment opportunities are for amounts ranging between $10,000-$75,000 |
| What kind of rate of return can I expect? |
10% per annum; |
| Will my investment be secured? |
Yes, you will receive a promissory note, secured by a deed of trust on the borrower's property. We will never offer you an investment opportunity that exceeds 75% (combined loan to value) of the value of the borrowers property. |
| How long will my money be tied up? |
The terms of our loans or between three to four months, unless you agree to a longer-term. |
| Will I get monthly payments? |
Yes, all of our loans call for monthly payments of interest on your money. |
| How do I make this type of investment? |
All of our loans are processed through an escrow holder. You will receive a title insurance policy for the amount of your loan to protect you against any priority liens or claims against the property, which secure your loan. We NEVER ask you to send us the money. You will send your money to the escrow holder when the borrower has signed the promissory note and deed of trust, and after the title insurance policy has been issued. The promissory note and deed of trust will be in your name as the beneficiary. |
| How do you make your money? |
We make our money by charging the borrower points or broker's commissions for arranging the loan with you. |
