Can you qualify?

We can pre-approve you for an FHA loan, a conforming conventional loan, or a stated loan, an interest only loan, an option ARM loan, a sub-prime loan, any kind of loan you want is available!!  But, we will attempt to arrange a conforming conventional or an FHA loan that will save you at least $400 to $500 per month – Really!

An FHA loan requires a credit score of 565.  A conforming conventional loan requires a 620 credit score.

You also need to be employed in the same line of work for two years.  You can earn income of 2½ times the monthly payment less payments that have more than ten payments left, to pay in full.

If we can’t provide the conforming loan that can save you $400 to $500 per month, we can arrange your payment on a less competitive interest rate.  We will still arrange a payment at least $200 per month better than anyone else.  Anywhere!

Stated loans require a 620 credit score.

Interest only loans require a 620 credit score.

Option Arm loans require a 600 credit score.

Sub-Prime no down payment 80/20 loans require a 540 credit score, may be less.

We also provide a used car, free ($2,500 value) in perfect condition when you qualify and buy one of the houses we own.  We will pay the fees to register the car for you and pay the fees for 6 months liability insurance.
