A thoughtful gift warms the heart of the giver and blesses the memory and spirit of the receiver. Donations made to the Ararat Home signify a devotion to our Armenian heritage and perpetuate the virtues of the Armenian family values, ideals and traditions.
Tax-deductible gifts can be made in a number of ways:
- personalized commemorative bricks in our Heritage Court
- personalized decorative tiles that enhance one of our entryways
- room dedications
- landscaping, trees or gardens
- tributes and contributions to the Endowment Fund
These gifts clearly speak to your devotion to the sustained excellent care of our "Hyrigs" (fathers) and "Myrigs" (mothers) and to the faithfulness of a grateful and committed heart.
The Ararat Home Endowment Fund was created in 1999. It is not meant to replace regular donations to the Home which serve as the lifeblood for continued operations. Rather, it is meant to provide the public with an additional vehicle through which the future financial stability of the Home can be ensured. Donated assets are preserved in perpetuity in the name of the donor or that of a loved one. The Home invests the income generated by the principal in programs that are vital for the wellbeing of our elderly. View an updated fund balance.
