Etched into the sidewalk surrounding the Ararat Home in Mission Hills is a Timeline of Armenian historical and cultural dates, commencing with the Bronze Age in the year 3000 B.C. and continuing up to the year A.D. 1992, complete with graphic depictions of important figures, events, and structures.
 In conjunction with the Timeline, the Ararat Home has published a book Armenian History Timeline, written by Hagop and Marilyn Arshagouni. The book replicates the Timeline, with the addition of paragraph descriptions of each entry. It is designed to give a bird's eye view of the significant events in Armenian history and culture.
